Seeking a highly competent individual with a solid understanding of quality and manufacturing processes. The Quality Manager is responsible for managing Quality on a daily basis (Rec. Inspection, Final Audit, Quality Inspectors) and drive systems to meet customer expectations; direct management and maintenance of TS16949/ISO 9001 requirements; develop/improve supply base and challenge means of managing processes and support opportunities for improvement. The incumbent must be able to have direct impacts on the following: COPQ, customer PPM, internal PPM, supplier PPM, and Quality dept. goals.
What You Have To Do:
- Support and maintain all customer quality requirements (APQP, PPAP, CAR, PPM, etc.)
- Develop/maintain/improve Quality Management system thru internal audits, process audits, problem solving
- Support all plant efforts to reduce COPQ (error proofing, destructive costs, issue management, etc.)
- Manage all efforts in development of new suppliers and maintaining/ improving current supply base (process audits, improvement plans, Rec. Insp. Plan, etc.)
- Support all initiatives, direct and indirect, towards meeting plant Quality targets

What You'll Do:
- Provide prompt, professional, high quality service to our customers in select markets
- Service, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to maintain factory standards
- Engage with potential customer's in both the store enviroment and sponsored events to promote the Brammo brand
- Travel to events/races/new markets to help train technicians on factory specifications
What We'd like:
- 2+ years of related technical experience, motorcycle experience prefered
- Valid Driver's License with motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel, sometimes for a few days, other times for a few weeks
- Lamp Class A Cert.
- Brake Class C Cert.
- Demonstrated strong presentation skill as well as proven verbal communication skills
- Outstanding people skills
- Highly self-motivated and strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, flexible and dynamic work environment
- Team player with a positive attitude a must
- Experience in a sales or retail position is a plus!

Brammo seeks a creative, self-driven mechanical design engineer to join its small, tightly knit team developing electric powered transportation solutions for the next generation of personal mobility. Two to 5 years experience as a project engineer or similar is required for consideration. Candidate should exhibit strong mechanical design skills and mastery of digital CAD modeling preferably with SolidWorks 2009. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and rapid prototyping processes also required. A sincere interest in electric vehicles and the desire to work on projects to make a positive impact also strongly recommended. Naysayers, devil’s advocates, and glass half empty thinkers need not apply.
